Hi Everyone
I have 5 EE/Leghorn mixed roosters to re-home in Davison Michigan. Am willing to meet half way if you can give them (one or more) a good home.
I had to give up my rooster back in dec of 2012 because of neighbors complaining to the township to save my hens. But before i got rid of him i hatched out some of his babies. Out of the 15 eggs i incubated, 10 hatched and 8 survived. I did get 3 hens out of the batch but now am in need of rehoming 5 roosters. one is already starting to crow! lol He sounds like a teenage boy in puberty all squeaky and horse lol.. its funny but sweet.
I wish I could keep them, but i cant take the chance that the neighbors wont complain again and this time they will make me get rid of my whole flock.
If I cannot find homes for them, they willl end up in the freezer and i would rather see them go to a flock of hens that are in need of protecting. They all look like Leghorns with a couple of spots of black feathers here and there from their daddy. If you look at my pics on here you can see the dad, Einstein. Hes gorgeous. I did get one female that looks exactly like him. Some of these leghorn roosters have green feet! So cool looking.
If anyone is interested, or even know of someone who can give them a good home.. please email me either here or at [email protected].
Thanks all!
Lisa
