Since moving to NC I have picked up many stray dogs and cats in need of a home. It is sad to see them thrown away like garbage, and then watch as they have litters and litters of puppies that end up starving to death or getting hit by cars, or growing up to produce more stray dogs. This is a real problem in my area. This dog was found on the side of the road next to a set of balloons. She looked as if she was someones dog, so we didnt interfere right away. She stayed at the same spot for 5 days. We picked her up and she has been a great dog. She sleeps in her crate, she waits to do potty until she goes out, she walks on the leash, she gets along with other dogs, she comes when shes called. She apears in great health, just needs to gain a pound or two. This was someones dog, and she was dropped. This was not a stray. I already have 3 dogs and cannot take on a fourth. Vet bills and feed bills are expensive and I want her to have the care that she should have. I would love to keep her but I know finding her a good home is whats best for her, and for me. I would be willing to meet someone if you are coming from a distance, or she can be picked up. She is not spayed to the best of my knowledge. If you know anyone who can give this girl a great home please contact me. Thanks for reading.
