I'm having the same problem in Lansing, MI. Bought 2 Americauna pullets and 2 bantams from Tractor Supply. Both the big girls are boys! I raised them in my house the 1st 6 weeks- now they have to go. Very disappointing.
Well like I said if not adverse to shipping live birds send them here... No rooster ordinances here. I live outside of a town that consist of 300 people so not many to be upset about noise... Plus our nearest neighbor is only seasonal with crop land behind us and and cows/ horses on all 4 sides so no one to complain here! Lol that is unless the cows start a chicken ban
