Free website builder?

I haven't built a website in years and don't have much interest in making one from scratch anymore. Anyone know of any good FREE website builders? Websites, downloads, etc?

Won't need to be anything too terribly fancy. I know basic HTML, so even site templates would be fine.

Also, webs.com, wix.com, there are many others. I reccomend wix for flash, Sites for easy, and webs for more indepth and EXPENSIVE. Sites is the bomb-dilly!
