So just an update almost 30 weeks old and still nothing ugh and my two older gals haven't laid in almost a month now so I'm assuming I'll have to wait until spring for fresh eggs . Living in California the days are shorter now and I don't supply extra lighting just letting nature do its thing.

The days are actually getting longer now...since the 22nd.
But still, could be awhile.
I have gotten an egg since October.

I have two Easter Eggers hatched June 10th. One started laying on the 8th of this month, but the other isn’t. She recently started turning red, so hopefully it’ll be somewhat soon . . . for both of us. The colorful eggs are really exciting.

Woohoo Hazel started laying but unfortunately its another brown color egg lol now to wait for the 3 others to start for some other colors then brown , this make 3 so far that lay a brown colored egg ..

Yay Daisy is now laying a really pretty speckled brownish egg @34 weeks old . Man I'm starting to lose hope on blue/green eggs lol

Omgoodness my wish finally came true I got a green egg today oh boy is it beautiful. Now to figure out if it was Olive or Coaster that layed it . Just one more freeloader to go .

Lol I feel u on this post. All 6 of our free loader hins finally laid! Last one was our maran 4 days ago. She's given us two eggs so far. We're averaging 5-6 eggs a day now
