Freezing eggs ????

Are there any cooking methods that would allow me to freeze eggs and then use at a later date? Could I scramble them, freeze and then microwave?

Yes, scramble them and freeze them in an ice cube tray. Once you have frozen egg cubes, you can put them in a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer for later use.

ETA: You don't need to cook them before freezing. Just freee them raw.
