Freezing Water

Hi Everyone,
We have a warming plate for our chickens water that just doesn't seem to keep up with below freezing temperatures. Does anyone have any suggestions for a warming plate that they use for their birds? We do have power to their run outside where we keep their water.

I use this one to keep my water thawed. We had an extremely cold winter this year and it kept the water thawed even when it got down to -35 F. It has a thermostat so turns on about 35 degrees and off when the water gets to about 40. It goes into the water container.
