But it's still ice cold. It doesn't get warm. It's still cold. Even if it warms up and melts it still won't be hot like the brownie. I don't like the contrasting tempuratures.

I did that once to melt in order to make a pseudo-hot-chocolate drink for my then-ill sibling.
It did not come out right. Heated ice cream is very frothy, for some reason, and said sibling said that there were weird globs in it.
I will, however, microwave something with ice cream on it, but not for long. Just a few seconds to get the juices flowing.
