It's a GQF, cheaper dual wafer model and missing hatcher trays and setting trays.

Ugly as it is, if the turner and timer works it's actually not that bad. Did you see mine when I got it?

Nah, it's just the OSB construction. The warped water tray shelf is a dead giveaway and the other photos confirm. It would clean up decently, fixing the heat is cheap and easy, the turner is the more expensive repair (but parts are readily available).
 
My GQF is old enough (c. 1998) to be constructed of painted plywood. It's a tank. Sometime after that they changed to OSB. Crappy material, but...you can replace the skin and keep the internals! The assembly is very simple. If I were do rebuild one of these, I'd replace the water/fan shelf with plywood, and paint the OSB inside and out with enamel or epoxy enamel before assembly or replace with painted plywood. I have a listing on several local sites looking for these.
