She doesn't look good, but she just pulled her feet under her... they've been stretched out behind her since it happened...

I'm realistic and think there is most likely too much brain damage, but she tried to swallow some water and responds to touch...

Well I just hope Spice stays comfortable, no matter what happens. Maybe the internal swelling will start going down tomorrow and she'll show you if she'll recover. Hope so.
