Ain't you the lucky one!
Never done more than one at a time myself...never been sure what killed them except that once. I do know it helps the de-feathering to dip them in hot water first.

I'm only doing two. Shot them with a pellet gun the first time. Going with the knife this time.

We dont shoot, electrify, or anthing like that , we use a very very special sharp knife! And that to minimize the suffering as we can! If someone would like to see how a Kosher slaughter is carried out, send me a message and I'll send you a video!

that the proccessing goes well. Like Sally said "peice o cake" u got it! i hatched my first BCM! Up to 22! Currently 13 more pips...
