ross, we did the same, and are currently only a 1 income household.......meant lots of cut backs, especially at grocery time........

oh and I can only drink cheap whiskey now too.......Ezra Brooks, instead of Makers..........that was the biggest one for me.......ask WV, it takes along time to get used to cheap whiskey.....lol

That's one thing my hubby can't change up!!! Hahahahaha!!!! Well he drinks Beam if he wants to go cheap. But that's it. I like Jack. And our neighbors paid him with a large bottle of single barrel Jack for a fishing trip.... delicious!

Yeah they scare me....and I'm not afraid to admit it....having had the displeasure of being face to face with one. (Remember I'm vertically challenged) I don't want to run into a pack of them. I came close once I could hear a pack tearing something apart. So I called my wife and told here to stay on the phone and if something happens call the police. Then my asthmatic butt ran as far as I could wheeze toward the freaking car.

Well I have only been a stay at home M for about a year....I have always wanted it for my girls but we could never afford it until a year ago.....and now we are back in the same boat.....so...I know plenty about independence. But I am going to miss this....

Ahhh I see. For me it would cost more for daycare and gas (to find any job but something at a bar or convenience store would be an hour drive), then I could make so stay at home it is.

Dang it..I live pretty rural but an hour from a bar? Just can't have that here. I can walk to the bar.....granted it's a long walk. But I'm a mile from little lake. And both buildings there. Both of them are bars.
