Since it's only on one side, no smell, no other symptoms I would try to rule out trauma first. Like maybe a burn, getting pushed hard against a fence post by large animal, etc.

Yes... and no... Nutridrench can be used for all ages, Red Cell only older birds, not chicks... Nutridrench doesn't have iron... Red Cell has water soluble iron... never give a chick iron... good now?
Isolate for sure... Dan, that's a sinus infection, see the swollen bit below her eye? Got any antibiotics at all? I would start her on some... jmo though...Does anyone know what would cause this or how to treat it?

If it was just the bubbles, I would be hesitant to say... but seeing the other side of her face the swelling is unmistakable...
I hope it's just a sinus infection, but you might want to read up on the Mycoplasmas, MG and MS... :/
