Can anybody help me with this model GQF? A friend of mine has it and wants to sell it. I don't know that he ever used it.

not a 1202, as it has two thermostats.
not a 1402, as the thermometer is in the wrong place.
has the full view door upgrade
it is an older model as it has the metal setting trays and hatching tray, and it looks to have everything but the water reservoir bucket.

Close enough to mine to be essentially the same, and a very very good incubator. If you ever have plans to set/hatch more than 50 eggs, for yourself or for sale, it's worth the investment.

Here is the comparable current model so you can evaluate value.

I paid $100 for mine after selling the bundled brooder, and put about $200 into it, and if I could find the full view door I'd buy one but the current doors don't fit the old cabinets.

I made a slide show tutorial when I made one of my heating pad brooder's .

So i watched your video and read blooies thread
400

I used a old tomato cage. They seem to like it. I also fashioned a quick homemade chick waterer and feeder, thnk you Pinterest. I liked the quail water, but havent made it to town yet, this i could make quickly. :)
Thanks for all the help from everyone! Now that i have the brooder built thinking we will move to the garage for a trial run and stop stinking up my house. I really hope a few females survived in this batch. All this tlc they have been getting makes me want to keep at least some of them.

Oz texted me and asked if I knew what it was. I texted back and said "post a picture on the thread, Walnut will know"
