*knocks on wood* That is great news. I never experienced it more then a couple days, but I remember it being awful.

I just have to keep my head fairly still for a few days, avoiding sudden movements. No problem. It's been two years since it first happened, but once the crystals are loose, it will more than likely happen again. Hope it's another two years before it comes back!

Glad it's easy to keep your head relatively still. Did you experience some kind of head trauma 2 years ago that triggered it?

Not that I know of, but I bang my head against the wall enough times that I could have caused some damage.
