My Aunt lets her kid get a kinder egg for a reward for keeping quiet and not being annoying. Idk how I feel about rewarding expected behavior but whatever works

I have a serious problem with this kind of rewarding.
My real life BFF has had trouble for many years from rewarding her children this way.
