Friend Buys me chicks!

Last December, I mentioned to a friend I would like to get some EE's in the spring. Few days later got an email, eggs were in her bator, so the first week in January I had a dozen peepers. They are now out in the coop with the hens and doing great. Beautifull chickies. This week am getting silkie eggs my frind Lori (chickenwomn) bought for me from Pumpkinpup in the Australian auction. Can't wait to get the bator started. Aren't friends wonderfull. Your friend sounds great! Jan

Friends like that are the best. I had a dear friend get me two Maran chicks after I kept saying " someday " I would finally get me some. So sweet and deeply touched. Rare gems like that are indeed ones to keep for a lifetime.
