I have thought about posting on craigslist to either find a place near by to buy from or to find someone to split an order with... I guess that's something I'll have to figure out closer to when I can actually get ducks.

you can order less than 10 ducklings from them, you just have to pay for a heating element to keep them warm (think its like $12 extra)

the bigger the breed they seem to be friendlier except my wacko pekin sisters they are just odd but my swedes and buffs are very freindly and muscovies are actually very friendly just kinda unsightly
