Friendly pheasant visits, what breed?

This chap keeps popping in and the chickens of all ages seem very relaxed about him. He just started coming several times a day.

What type of pheasant is he?
(Could he be a cross with a Kalij?)

No cross, just a regular male Chinese Ring Necked pheasant. Chickens carry diseases that they can tolerate, gamebirds can not usually survive a chicken related disease. Gamebirds should not be raised with or anywhere near chickens for that reason.
