Night snorted. " Fang always loved blood." Some blood washed out of his mouth.

Black thought about coming back and did.

He didn't answer.

"Hang in there!" Dakota said to Night, then Dakota said to Moon, "Even if he loved blood, why did he abandon his family?"

Whisper walked into the camp and looked around.

Night was really bleeding. Blood still trickled from his wounds. Blood was in pools around him. Blood trickled out of his mouth, but he was alive.

Night didnt look at her. He kept looking up.

Gem took the rest of the rabbit and placed it in a corner for him later. Then she went out and collected some water in a bowl like piece of bark and brought it back to him.
