What is the friendliest chicken breed?

There are a lot of differing opinions on this. I've looked at list after list of "friendliest breeds" on pinterest and other sites and they all usually have about the same list. I would encourage you to start there. The friendliest breed I've ever had personally was the Golden Comet. They come to me as soon as I go outside and don't mind being held.

Speckled Sussex are very friendly. I also like Buff Orpingtons, Barred Rocks, and Golden Comets.
