Tomorrow I'll have to break the ice in the chicken's water bowls and scoop it out w/ my hands.. This morning my fingers became pink from the cold. I left the ice I scooped out by the water bowls and it never melted! When I put the chickens in their coops it was still there! Usually it melts during the day. I do like seeing how thick the ice is in the morning but not the pink fingers..
