Pencilled Hamburgs have very similar color patterns and builds, with rose combs instead of single combs. If you can't find Frisians, they might be a good alternative. Both gold penciled and silver penciled are beautiful.

Yes. I'd say Hamburgs may even be better flyers. Like Frisians, they are a small breed, so they can get around.
