frizzle about 5 months old

suppossed to be a sizzle but doesnt have alot of frizzle feathers
has not crowed or made any roo noices yet...
any thoughts on this one

its a roo comb and wattles are a good size

i have had roos that didnt start to crow till they were almost 8 months
