Frizzle and silkie crosses

These two chickens are mixed breeds. One I think is silkie cross and the other is a frizzle cross. I cannot figure out if they are hens or roos. Thoughts?! 13 weeks

The white ones look to be pullets. The Frizzle may be a cockerel.

The white silkie mix looks like a pullet, the frizzled mix breed is a cockerel.

The first chicken kind of looks like a sultan chicken hen. If not then a cross breed.

I have never heard of a Sultan chicken before! Looked it up and this girl looks very similar! I got the eggs from a lady that has all different breeds of pure Bred chickens but they were all housed together at the same time. I’ll have to check in with her to see if she has a Sultan
