This boy/girl was hatched 5/30. I picked her up with a smooth bantam that started crowing now (suspected him for a few weeks now though). I have NO idea if this is a hen or roo. I'll say she doesn't behave like a typical roo, but lately my gut says roo. She's quite skittish actually. Her brother is SO a roo, first one at my feet when I walk out the door, escorts me to the coop for feeding, bosses the hens around. I'd like to send them together if they're both roos, they're pretty close, but man I'd hate to give her away if she's a hen... partly because she's gorgeous and my only bantam/frizzle, and partly because I've had bad luck and more than half of my chicks I've had this summer are turning out to be Roos, (This would bring me from 8 originally to 3)
