Frizzle bantams hen or ro

So both of these chicks are ten weeks old, purchased at TSC. They are cochin frizzle bantams. We know the white is a roo, he started crowing three weeks ago. We are unsure about the dark one. Any thoughts?

Even tho the comb and wattles are paler on the dark one at ten weeks I'd say they are both cockerels esp as the breed is normally slower maturity well except for your white one lol xx
