frizzle behavior

This may sound silly, but I have 2 frizzle roosters that only will mate with my 2 egg laying silkies. My other hens, RIR, barred rock 13 weeks old they don't touch...are they too young or don't breed with that type of hen??

Pretty sure it has to do with the age. 13 weeks is still pretty young. Our roosters do not bother the young pullets that were born May of this year. They are starting to mate with the girls that were born in April though. Hope that helps.
