frizzle chick?

We just bought our first chicks 2 weeks ago. This chick was sold as a Buff Japanese, then last week it sprouted these darling feathers that stick out, unlike all our other birds. She seems to have more personality, or shall we say piss and vinegar than the others too.

in my line of cochin frizzles the cockerels got their wing feathers before the females did

so it may be a male??
