Frizzle gender help

Hello! Opinions on the gender of these 7 week old frizzles.

Just a guess on my part but I'd say 1 is a cockrel and 2 is a pullet. May be an early guess

What do you mean is it okay to keep them both? What are you afraid of? Eating fertilized eggs, getting chicks, over breeding?

Well frizzle frazzle. I didn't know that. Is there a certain percentage of chicks that are effected? What are the health problems, specifically?
