Frizzle hen or rooster

Can anybody help on sexing this frizzle I never had frizzle before it's 3-4 month old chick

Are you sure of it's age? It looks younger than four months...

It looks young, just give him/her time to grow. It will be easier to figure out gender later.

I bought them in June the lady called them frizzle Cochin bantams chicks I bought 5 of them there all around that age

It looks younger than 4-5 months, which would mean it is a cockerel. If it is 4-5 months, though, it is probably a pullet.

If it is really 3-4 months old, you probably have a pullet.
