Frizzle or no?

I got my newest batch of chickens yesterday since we are trying to self isolate against the mess going on. When I got home, I noticed the Barred Rock pullet has feathers that go out instead of laying against the body. Does it look like she may be a frizzle?

To early to say for sure. If it's a barred rock it's not likely frizzled.
