Frizzle roo?

I know it is a bit early, but I am starting to think this frizzle is a roo. These chicks are at least 3 weeks old. I got them from the feed store 3 weeks ago, but they seemed to have been there for a week or so. Any guess on the silkies are welcomed, but I know it is going to be a while to know for sure on these guys. But does this frizzle look like a roo?

The black one kinda has a reddish comb, so possibly roo.

heres my cockerel with a lot less feathers than yours i knew he was a cockerel by the 2nd week i had him (i think hes 4-5 weeks old and he has been red like this since week 2)

He looks like a cockerel to me, he sure it cute!
