Frizzle Silkie with Only Feather Shafts

My frizzle satin Silkie is 9 months old.
In April she started loosing feathers on her back, and we soon discovered a mites/lice problem. She is the only bird in the flock that had feather loss as a result. We treated with Elector PSP and have not seen any signs of mice/lites since. Slowly she started loosing the fluff off her feathers and only shafts remain. Some have broken. Poor little love looks like Edward Scissorhands and always feels very “crunchy” when I pick her up ☹️. She eats/drinks normally and feathers on her back have come in, but I’m not sure if there’s something more I should be doing for her in regards to the shafts on her wings and tail. I don’t want her to face a Michigan winter like this. Does it look like enough new feathers are coming in or should I be worried/try something else? Her skin also looks dry, but I feel like it always has. Thanks in advance for your help!
Edited to add: I feed Scratch & Peck organic layer pellets (or sometimes Purina Organic layer pellets if I didn’t order other in time). No scraps or treats.

Looks like it might be a frazzle
Maybe! I got her from a local breeder who got her from a hatching egg of another breeder and I think it was some kind of “project”. She used to look a lot better. This is not the best pic…

Keep her warm and she should still have a somewhere healthy life. Frazzles tend to have health issues and look ugly, but nothing that will granted ruin them

Poor thing. She did fine last winter but obviously had more feathers. I’m not sure how to offer her extra protections but will have to do some research. Thanks!

Did some quick googling, apparently they are called chicken aprons or chicken saddles. Googling either term will bring up a bunch of options. Again, idk how well they work, but I figure it might be better than nothing if the temps start dropping and she hasn't put on some more feathers.
