I just set 3 frizzle eggs on 3/22. Pretty excited to see if they have frizzle chicks in them! Before anyone freaks out, I didn't cross frizzle with frizzle lol It should be a silkie frizzle cross.

The first pic was during first week and the most recent pic was taken at about 5-6 weeks old. Out of 9 3 frizzles another batch recently born out of 9 3 frizzles another batch born out of 6 3 frizzles check out my Instagram for more and better pics @ sal_3o5 the o is a letter not number happy chickening!

I just got a rescue hen and she is a red frizzle. She evidently was picked on so badly in her previous environment that she has limited tail feathers. Poor thing is quite spunky considering what she must have gone through. Her feet are deformed from overgrown nails. I was told she cannot roost. She hasnt tried to yet so I dont know first hand. I trimmed her beak which was also way over grown. I had no idea of her age but she seems to be really old and not in such great health. Im going to do what I can for her and hope she has a better life from here on out.
