Frizzle what?

Hey everyone. So glad I found this site.

I was wondering if you all could help me with my frizzle. Not exactly sure what type of frizzle it is, and also am having difficulty determining whether it's a hen or a roo. I named it Penelope but I think I may be causing it an identity crisis (lol).

Thank you! If I remember correctly it was hatched in September. So approx 6 months? I'm sure he's having an identity crisis since I've called it Penelope for months lol

I will get a better one in the morning! My husband thinks he saw her, what I call "side stepping", like what my rooster does to the girls. So hopefully we can get it figured out

My first instinct was POL pullet. Gonna need better pics. Natural whole body photos from the side are ideal.

I'm glad I asked for age. Never thought that bird was 6 months.

Super small and still doesn't look big with all the feathers puffed out.
