Frizzle??

I purchased 4 bantams out of a mystery bin at tsc. This one has adult feathers coming in but they are curling out at the ends. Frizzle maybe?

Yep, those are juvenile feathers, and they're frizzle! Adult feathers won't come in until the first molt around 10-12 weeks.
