Frizzled cochin pullet or too?

This is ms.frizzle. I got her about three weeks ago and the people said they thoguht she was 2-3 weeks old at the time. I'm not sure about that BC of the frizzled feathering but the red in her comb has me thinking she's a mister! What do you all think?

With that salmon chest, I'm going to say pullet. That comb looks like she just gets flushed easily, since it's red at the base in one picture and then just slightly pink in another.

Oh thanks! It has been in the hundreds with the heat index , maybe that's it! I hope so!
