I have a frizzled silkie that i thought was a boy. The feathers in the head started off as streamers that curved back toward the tail. He started bossing around the others and was a little more vocal than everyone else, so i thought maybe he was trying to start crowing. Now that time is going by, the dominant behaviors have stopped and the poof on the head is starting do go forward again and look more like a poof. i have no idea of gender now, and the frizzled feathers dont make it any easier. Anyone have any opinions?He/she is about 12 weeks old now.
