Frizzled silkies..

can anyone give me some information about them? I’ve tried looking it up but I have more specific questions. Are the roosters docile (I know it’s never a sure thing with any breed)? Are the hens also docile and still broody like typical silkies? How do people typically get a frizzled silkie?
