Frizzles fly?

Will my frizzle ever be able to fly or roost? The chickens are about 6 weeks now. I feel bad because the others like to hang out on top of the coop and he's left on the ground alone squawking.

Usually frizzles, silkies, and the like don't care to roost and they can't get up to a regular roost on their own.
