Frog theft!

Daphne would like to report that she caught a lovely juicy frog today, but that it was stolen from her before she could properly enjoy it. She described the suspect as a “white, female duck with caruncles” and stated that the frog was already in her mouth and that she was trying to get it positioned properly to swallow it when the attack occurred.

A blurry black and white photo captured the suspect as she fled the scene.

By the time authorities arrived, there was no evidence left.

When questioned, Goon 1 stated that the photo looks nothing like her as her caruncles are red, not grey, and that she knows nothing about the incident. She stated that she was with her sister, Goon 2, the whole time.

When questioned, Goon 2 initially corroborated Goon 1’s story, but then said that sisters really should share things with each other and that her sister isn’t very nice.

The crime is under investigation.

Maybe you should sell frog theft insurance policies to your ducks!
They pay the insurance with eggs and the stolen frogs will be reimbursed with an equal weight of meal-worms.
