I am please to be a backyard chickens member after visiting your website a few times and reading everyones chicken news and "getting my fix". I have decided to join the flock!
We have our chickens for 3 yrs. Each yr. I ask my husband to build another coop. Right now we have 15 in one coop. A mixture of barred rocks, americanas, welsummers, and one cookoomaran. Our other coop has 5 bantams including a bantam rooster. I am planning on getting 4 more bantam chicks and eventually introduce them to the coop.
It is so wonderful that there is a forum for people to talk chicken. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a great group.
