From egg to chick!

This coming from the capital of Rooville. Eh? Eeeeh? 🤣

As long as they all get along idc.
Yep. 🤣

I haven't mixed boys, the ones together are the ones who grew up together, no issues so far.

I have 2 crowing (trying rather) in the house. I always get up to make coffee, tell them good morning, flip the light on, and start making coffee. It's not long before they start trying to crow and I get a good giggle to start my day 😁

Come on spring though, gotta get these floofers outside!

I put Kithara outside this morning to see if they would attack him again and they did. Scooped him up and stuck him in the sleep area with water. If all else fails, the older ones can sleep together in the front. They will be fine. What else should I do to get Kithara back in the flock?

Also. He was not screeching this morning and his crop is def smaller. Not gone down and squishy. But smaller and not as hard.

Do you have any other cockerels? It's very common for pullets and hens to abuse cockerels and they will be relentless until he is mature. Find some other cockerel/cockerels he can hang out with until he is 6 or 7 months old, then he can be introduced to any of your hen flocks without issues.

Pelican and Lucky are boys. Same hatch

Pelican and Lucky are both boys. Should I stick them with him? They all grew up together so no idea why they hate him when he hasn't even been gone but a few days.
