I know this post is older, but I wanted to say hello. We are also in HR and just getting started with our chickens. Such fun. What coop design did you end up going with?

I live in Highlands Ranch too and just got four little hens. Gotta prepare for the zombie apocalypse!!
No really, my daughter wanted them and I thought it would be great to have some fresh eggs. So far they are living in the house until I get a coop built. Can't wait until they move out!
