front treadle feeder plan

I've been looking for a while through the site right now but did find any plans of a treadle feeder that opens at the front.

Feeder like that are mentioned several times but always to buy.
I live in Belgium and would like to make my own since should feeder isn't for sale over here and shipping costs would be too high.
Has anyone such a plan?
