I just picked up Frontline Plus from my vet and she said it will be effective for 1 month even with a soapy bath, PROVIDING the bath took place at least 2 days after the application of Frontline. So I am applying it April 1st and on April 5th the dogs are getting groomed. I will be watching for ticks, but don't expect to see any the rest of the month. If I find some, I will certainly let you know. The only tick problem I had last summer, was when I tried the cheaper store brand. It didn't last the whole month. The vet also said that several people are finding ticks on their dogs and themselves, already in the season. Mery
