Frost Bite on tips of comb

I have no intention of bringing my girl inside. I have a rather large coop for the 4 chickens I have. It is 8 foot wide and about 12 feet deep and has a 6 foot tall ceiling. The floor is a mixture of pine shavings and sand. The outside is covered with a tarp and ends covered with clear plastic. There is a 1 foot tall by 3 foot wide vent at the top on both ends. Probably around 3 1/2 to 4 foot above the roost. Their perch is about 2 1/2 foot off the ground.
I keep all manure removed daily and have a heated waterer in the coop. I feed 18 percent protein feed and also a flock block, corn and oyster shell available at all times. The water has probiotics and electrolites.
All the hens seems fine and healthy. Only the one with tips black and swollen. I guess I will let them alone and I guess they will be fine

They should be fine. I have never had to assist with frostbite.

So her frost bit comb will either improve of maybe fall off on the tips? Will putting vasoline on it hurt or make it worse

It will.
Vaseline does nothing except maybe cause others to peck at the comb. It barely does anything except "prevent" frostbite.

I know It won't fix whats already been done. just want to prevent further frost bite if possible

Vaseline really doesn't prevent it at all.
Proper management does though.

Do you have the vents closed up to? If so that might be part of your problem.

No they are open only covered with hardwire cloth

I don't leave water in the coop at night. It just brings more moisture inside. I take it out when they go to bed & return it in the morning when I open, just past sunrise. I know it's probably too late to get pics tonight, but maybe tomorrow take some of the ventilation you have & get feedback. I thought I had plenty of ventilation but 1 girl got her comb tips frostbit so I added another gable vent. There's been 2 more freezes since & no further problems.
