Frostbite on Chickens Feet?

Our weather here has been crazy cold, like for the last few days, it's been 1 degree or less. Got some snow that's stayed on the ground 2-3 days now. Our chicks are 10 weeks old, and fully feathered, so that isn't the issue. But my worry is that some of the chick's scales on their legs and toes are like a blackish color. Is it frostbite? They are walking around normal and acting normal. It doesn't seem to cause them any pain or stiffness. If so, what can I do to help it?
 
Pictures will help, but if it's just black spots on some scales that doesn't sound like frostbite... Frostbite on the feet usually starts at the tips of the toes and all of the skin will turn black as blood flow stops and the area dies. Spots all over the legs sounds more like natural pigment spots.

They didn't have them until after the snow. I have been sick for the past 3 days, so I haven't been able to observe it until now.
