4wk silkie chick strange behaviour and not eating or drinking

Yesterday morning I noticed one of my chick behaving strangely. Very occasionally it will jump up and down a few times, usually backwards while making a noise and shaking it's head. It's hard to catch on camera. It's hardly eating or drinking. I've mixed crumb with water and it ate the mash a little yesterday and again this morning but not this afternoon. I've tried sweet corn, scrambled eggs and meal worms. Plus it's spending all of it's time under the heat plate and sleeping a lot.
Any suggestions?

What are you feeding? She's too young for treats.
Is there anything in it's eyes or ears?

No nothing visible in eyes or ears. I'm feeding chick crumble

And at what age is safe for treats. All other threads I've read give a range of ages from hatching to 2 weeks as naturally they would be scratching about with mum from birth. I only started with little bits of sweetcorn with the skins removed and chopped up mealworms about a week ago, alongside access to grit.

6 weeks, and very minimum treats. You don't want to offer ser their nutrition
